Reinhard Kolldehoff was born on April 29, 1914 in Berlin, Germany. He was an actor, known for Die Verdammten (Götterdämmerung) (1969), Zwei Himmelhunde auf dem Weg zur Hölle (1972) and Drei Bruchpiloten in Paris (1966). He was married to Helma. He died on November 18, 1995 in Berlin.
Bullish, heavy-set character actor, the son of a postal worker. On stage from 1936, he came to initial prominence in the aftermath of World War II in East German Defa productions. Kolldehoff filmed exclusively in West Germany from 1951, invariably cast in unsympathetic or 'ugly' roles, as loud, vulgar or brutal types. From the late 1980's, he suffered from the severe effects of diabetes and Parkinson's Disease.

In 1942 Czechoslovakia, SS-General Reinhard Heydrich is appointed to become the Reich Protector of Bohemia and Moravia. The terror and oppression that follow cause Allied authorities in London to authorize a secret mission to kill the man who has come to be known as "The Butcher of Prague". The film explores shows the operation leading up to Heydrich's death as well as the massive German reprisals that followed it.
